The Identidad Bolivariana journal is the informative scientific body of professionals in the humanistic, economic, technical, health administration and other sciences of Ecuador, it is free, it is published in electronic version and its numbers will be visible on the website: http: //identidadbolivariana.itb.edu.ec/l To this end, it integrates a community of experts, teachers, researchers and professionals with interests in such profiles. It also develops spaces for reflection in the field of knowledge management, responsible research and social innovation for the development of society, through the free publication and dissemination of scientific results and the generalization of experiences in academic institutions and research
The aim of the journal is to disseminate scientific information about the events of humanistic, economic, technical,health administration and other sciences with an interdisciplinary and multidisciplinary nature. As well as the impact on the training of professionals in these areas in the Republic of Ecuador and the world.
Its purpose is to contribute to technology transfer based on the dissemination of the results of the scientific work of professionals in the areas of interest mentioned in Ecuador and the world; that meet the requirements established for the serial scientific publications of the journal. The intention is to belong to national and international databases and favor the citation index of their articles to achieve greater visibility of their occurrence, which contributes to the development of professionals in these areas in Ecuador and the rest of the world.
The Journal is projected to achieve high prestige at the national and international level, and be indexed in high impact databases that allow greater visibility of the scientific production of professionals, where the articles submitted are referenced by authors that they publish in other national and international magazines.
Its thematic profile addresses aspects associated with the social sciences, humanistic, economic, technical,health administration and other sciences with an interdisciplinary and multidisciplinary nature. As well as the impact on the training of professionals in these areas of knowledge.
Among the articles to be published are letters to the editor, original articles, communications and review articles. Manuscripts submitted for review, with the appointment of a peer reviewer are the property of the journal; and, therefore, its partial or total publication in another, must be authorized by the director of the ITB Research and Technological Innovation Department, once accepted for publication the rights are exclusive to the journal.
Identidad Bolivariana is an interdisciplinary and multidisciplinary journal, peer review at the service of Ecuadorian professionals and the international community. It is a semi-annual free publication (February and July) that is published in electronic version with ISSN 2550-6749.
Identidad Bolivariana is managed by the Research Directorate of the Instituto Superior tecnológico Bolivariano de Tecnología (ITB) and is edited by the Centro de Gestión de la Información científica y transferencia tecnológica (CEGESICTT). Accepts original works that constitute results generated as part of the scientific-research and innovation processes in universities, research centers, business sector and industry. This publication prefers those contributions that are related to education sciences, economic and business sciences and health sciences and integral well-being.
The Journal ensures that the articles submitted are the product of research papers or documented reflection, the originality of the works submitted for publication and that have a relevant impact on the development and improvement of the fields and areas to which they belong belong. It also develops spaces for reflection and debate in the fields of knowledge management, responsible research, sustainability, sustainability, the process of training professionals and social innovation for development.

Identidad Bolivariana Indexing
The different international indexes constitute a way to control the quality of a magazine. In this line, Identidad Bolivariana processes the incorporation of the Journal in several of them permanently and continuously. The intention is to belong to national and international databases and favor the growth of indicators of results of scientific management in Higher Education Institutions and contribute to the improvement of the digital profiles of researchers and educational institutions in Ecuador and the world
Section Policy
For the review of the articles a group of experts, teachers, researchers and professionals with results and visibility in the areas of interest are integrated in the editorial committee, which are external to the publishing institution, there is a database of arbitrators Registered on the journal's web portal, its evaluation will be carried out by double blind mode, the editorial board will be the one that designates the referees for each article, without the author knowing the reviewer and vice versa, which guarantees the transparency and veracity of the revision avoiding conflicts of interest, once the positive evaluation of the arbitrator is issued, the editor of the journal proceeds to the editorial phase of production in which the manuscript is prepared in a galerated version to be published in the corresponding edition or will be part of the editorial reservation until it is published, in all cases the author will receive the letter of acceptance of his article.
Ethical criteria.
Identidad Bolivariana establishes its own code of ethics, which has as its principle the open access to scientific information and is attached to the philosophy of open science, thus allowing the copying and distribution of its editions provided that copyright is respected.
The Journal for its part is not responsible for the opinions or criteria set forth by the authors or the use made of the information contained in the authors' contributions. Publication rules can be consulted before submitting an online article on the magazine site.
Anti-Plagiarism Policy
Identidad Bolivariana considers plagiarism as the result of an illegal form of copying and appropriation for the unrecognized use of the work of others when presented as an original result.
Examples of plagiarism
Copy, paste and publish without the corresponding appointment to the original author of the work
Assume the authorship of an article, an essay, a project or parts thereof that belong to another author
Use photos, pictures, tables, diagrams or other visual materials or ideas belonging to another person without an appropriate appointment.
Acquire by any means, including the purchase, a result or text prepared by another person and use it as your own
The articles and other contributions sent by the authors to Identidad Bolivariana will initially go through a peer review, before the peer review, to guarantee their originality. It is considered acceptable when the document has less than 3% matches with other sources.
About the rights and responsibilities of the authors
By submitting the article for publication to Identidad Bolivariana, the authors certify that:
