Estrategias Docentes Asociadas al Fortalecimiento Percibido de Habilidades Blandas en Estudiantes del ITB

Resumen
Objetivo: analizar, por dimensiones, la asociación entre estrategias docentes y el fortalecimiento percibido de habilidades blandas en estudiantes del Instituto Superior Universitario Bolivariano de Tecnología, así como examinar diferencias entre facultades. Metodología: estudio cuantitativo, no experimental, transversal y descriptivo-correlacional. La base inicial incluyó 142 respuestas docentes; tras eliminar cuatro registros duplicados se analizaron 138 casos completos. El cuestionario comprendió 30 ítems tipo Likert de cinco puntos, distribuidos en dos escalas de 15 ítems y cinco dimensiones cada una. Se estimaron estadísticos descriptivos, alfa de Cronbach, correlaciones de Spearman, Kruskal-Wallis con comparaciones post hoc ajustadas por Holm y regresión lineal con errores estándar robustos HC3. Resultados: las escalas mostraron consistencia interna alta (estrategias docentes, α = .91; habilidades blandas percibidas, α = .95). La asociación global fue positiva y estadísticamente significativa (ρ = .612, p < .001). La dimensión de retroalimentación y clima de aprendizaje presentó la media más alta entre las estrategias (M = 4.78), mientras que comunicación y argumentación presentó la media más alta entre las habilidades blandas (M = 4.50). Solo aprendizaje colaborativo y comunicación difirió entre facultades (H = 7.33, p = .026, ε² = .040). En el modelo multivariable destacaron aprendizaje colaborativo y comunicación (β = .245, p = .029) y autonomía y autorregulación (β = .287, p = .018). Conclusión: las estrategias docentes se relacionan de forma moderada con las habilidades blandas percibidas, aunque el diseño transversal y la concentración de puntuaciones altas impiden establecer causalidad o cambio longitudinal.
