Evolution of Teacher Digital Competences in the Technological Age: An Approach for Effective Classroom Integration and its Impact on Learning

Abstract
In the current technological era, the evolution of teacher digital skills has emerged as an essential component for quality education. This study investigates the process of developing these competencies in educators and their influence on teaching and learning. A holistic approach is taken that encompasses both technological and pedagogical skills, focusing on the effective integration of technology in the classroom. Through a mixed research design, quantitative and qualitative data is analyzed to understand the transformation of teachers into digital experts and its impact on the educational experience. The findings highlight the need for continuous and personalized training for teachers, as well as the importance of curricular adaptation and the creation of technology-enriched learning environments. This study contributes to the field of education by providing valuable information for the design of effective strategies for the development of teacher digital skills and the promotion of a more relevant and dynamic education in the technological age.
